At XeeDevelopers, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
